PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reliable fixing and to perform accurate operation of a fixing pin by providing simple constitution, such as the fixing pin, in a deformed bar buried in concrete. SOLUTION: Combination of a deformed bar and a fixing pin is formed such that recess and protrusion, slidably over each other and fitted in each other, are formed on the slope 4 of a deformed bar 1 and the slide surface 5 of the fixing pin 2. By stretching at least one of the recess and the protrusion, approximately axially of the deformed bar 1 when the deformed bar 1 is moved to the rear end side B, the fixing pin 2 is slid to the tip side F of the deformed bay 1 through guidance of the recess and the protrusion and protruded in an outer peripheral direction S. Thereby, a deviation in other direction than a slide direction is prevented from occurring to the fixing pin 2.
