PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to strip off a coating film without crushing a resin molding as the original form is kept by pretreating at least >=2 times, jetting high pressure water or high pressure air to the surface of the resin molding such as a plastic bumper to remove a coating film and post-treating >=1 times. SOLUTION: In the removal of the coating film on the coated plastic bumper, the surface of the bumper is pretreated with hot air or hot-cold shock for a fixed time at least &i2 times in separated chambers 300, 500. Next, the bumper placed on a moving table is transferred to a robot process by a free floor conveyer. The coating film on the surface of each bumper is removed by jetting the heated high pressure air or the high pressure water with the drive control of robots A1-A3, in which the characteristics of each bumper is previously inputted by bar cording.
