PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copolyester resin composition satisfactory in a wide lamination temperature range, sufficient adhesion to a substrate, high processability, anticorrosiveness, and the freeness of elution of low-molecular weight substances, which composition comprises a composition containing a plurality of copolyester resins comprising at least one glycol component and at least one dicarboxylic acid component and having a specifically ranged storage modulus over a specified temperature range. SOLUTION: This composition is one having a storage modulus in the range of 10-100,000 dyn/cm2 over an entire temperature range of 180-240 deg.C. It is desirable that the rate of change in the storage modulus of the composition satisfies the relationships [wherein G'(180) is a storage modulus at 180 deg.C; and G'(240) is a storage modulus at 240 deg.C]. It is desirable that the composition has a glass transition temperature of at least 40 deg.C and an alcoholic hydroxy value of at most 20 mgKOH/g.
