PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a net of arbitral shape by forming a stranded wire part of a plurality of metal stranded wires, then winding a winding part being continuous to an end of the stranded wire part around a portion opposite to the stranded wire part, thereby froming a ring. SOLUTION: A ring part 1 is formed of a stranded wire part 2 made of a plurality of metal stranded wires and winding parts 3, 3 being continuous to both ends of the part 2, in such a rectangular shape that the parts 3, 3 are staggered. The part 3 is spirally stranded in the same direction as that of the stranded direction of the part 2 by setting the plural metal wires in a band shape, and coating one surface of the band with adhesive liquid. Then, the parts 3, 3 are wound around linear parts 2c, 2c of the ends to thereby form a rectangular ring. Thereafter, work to form a similar rectangular ring by inserting another ring part 1 in this rectangular ring longitudinally and laterally. Accordingly, it is possible to easily form a cover net or bag-like net of proper shape made of such ring parts having elasticity and being hard to be unlaced which meets the conditions of sand prevention spot.
