PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seatbelt device such that the distance from an emergency buckle retracting device to the tongue plate insertion opening of a buckle part can be reduced, which a seatbelt is prevented from flipping during travel, and has an emergency buckle retracting device which enables a tongue plate to be easily inserted into the buckle part. SOLUTION: This device has an emergency buckle retracting device 10 with a buckle retracting part 12 which retracts a buckle part 11 in an emergency or the like, and the line of a buckle retracting direction in which the buckle part 11 is retracted is placed at a predetermined angle to the line of the retraction drive direction of the buckle retracting part 12. An impact absorbing mechanism 12 for reducing impacts applied to the buckle part 11 is provided on the line of the retraction drive direction. |
