摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement plate of high strength that comprises a hardened product from a mixture of wood fiber having fluffed surface, wood pieces, or wood pieces and wood dust, wollstonite and inorganic cement powder and specifying the specific weight all over the boards, thus has high dispersion properties, improved paste-back effect by wollastonite and fragility-improving effect by pulp fiber. SOLUTION: The total specific gravity is adjusted to >=1.4 g/cm3. The wood fibers have a major axis of <=5 mm, a minor axis of <=0.5 mm, and a thickness of 0.1 mm; the wood pieces have a major axis of 1.0-35 mm, a minor axis of 0.5-8.0 mm, and a thickness of 0.05-2.0 mm, while the wood pieces have each a size of <=100 mesh. The fiber length of the wollastonite is 0.1-5 mm and the formulation ratio of the wood fiber to wollastonite is 1-15-1/1. In a preferred embodiment, a combination of the cement inorganic powder with a silicic acid- containing substance (for example, sand). The starting mixture is sprayed on the base plate to form a mat and the mat is compression-cured in the presence of moisture.</p>
