PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin laminate having an electronic part such as an IC module or the like inserted therein by a simple method wherein an electronic part is arranged between a pair of three-layered sheets and both sheets are hot-pressed at low temp. under low pressure. SOLUTION: An electronic part is inserted in the gap between three-layered polyester resin sheets each constituted of an intermediate layer (A) comprising a polyethylene terephthalate type polyester resin and both outer layers (B) comprising an amorphous polyester resin consisting of 25-80 wt.% of polyethylene terephthalate type polyester and 75-20 wt.% of polyallylate.
