PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin composition nonproblematic in toxicity and capable of giving a product excellent in water resistance and flex fatigue resistance by mixing chlorosulfonated polyolefin with an epoxy compound, a silica filler, a condensate of an alkylnaphthalene with an alkyl chain having a specified or larger number of carbon atoms in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. (A) chlorosulfonated polyolefin with 5-20 pts.wt. (B) epoxy compound, 5-50 pts.wt. (C) silica filler, and 3-30 pts.wt. (D) condensate of an alkylnaphthalene with a 2C or higher alkyl chain. It is desirable that the chlorine content and sulfur content of component A are 15-45 wt.% and 0.3-2.0 wt.%, respectively. When the polyolefin is an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer, it is desirable that the chlorine content is 15-33 wt.%. Component B is desirably an epoxy compound having an epoxy equivalent of 100-300 g/eq. Component D is a methylene condensate of mono-and poly-alkylnaphthalenes with a 2C or higher alkyl chain.
