PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure of a vertical drain pipe capable of coping with a variety of layouts for implements in a water use section as it is. SOLUTION: A first vertical drain pipe 20 is arranged at a common road T side facing the north side of an exclusive housing site J and a second vertical drain pipe 22 is disposed at the balcony side opposite to the common road T. Water use implements are arranged dividedly into both vertical drain pipes. In this way, water use implements can be easily arranged even at the balcony side getting a lot of sunshine.
