PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for transporting and positioning a pallet and to provide high productivity by providing the pallet and a transporting belt for transporting this pallet and separating the pallet from the transporting belt. SOLUTION: A layered product 1 is mounted on a prescribed place of a pallet 3 and is placed on transporting belts 26, 27. The pallet 3 attracted and held by a magnet 28 contained in the transporting belt 27 at prescribed intervals is transported to a prescribed place of a stage 24 by the transporting belts 26, 27 meshed with a toothed pulley 29 rotated by a motor 20. The stage 24 has recessed grooves 30 for passing the transporting belts 26, 27 and is movable vertically. The stage 24 is lifted up by a cylinder 21, and thereby, the pallet 3 separates from the transporting belts 26, 27 against attraction by the magnet 28. The pallet 3 is positioned at a reference position by a fixing positioning pin 22 using a movable positioning pin 23 that rises with a lifting operation of the stage 24 and moves horizontally.
