PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonating device in which the use of a mass/spring system is not defined to fixed frequency. SOLUTION: This resonating device is provided with the mass/spring system which comprises a main mass body having at least one main mass element, and at least one spring element. In such a case, the device is provided with at least one additional mass body 10 having at least one additional mass element 102 and a coupling mechanism 204 capable of connecting or disconnecting the additional mass body 10 and the main mass body 1 in order to regulate the tuning frequency of the device.
