PURPOSE: A treatment system for livestock excretions is provided, which is characterized in that the system can ferment livestock excretions using indigenous microbes to activate aerobes and deodorize. CONSTITUTION: A treatment system for livestock excretions consists of the following parts: a selector(1) to sort according to the size of the excretions; a fermentation tank(2) with injecting 2-4kg/ton-waste of indigenous microbes(namely bio-clean composed of Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and operating at 30-60°C; an aeration tank(3) with stirring and operating for 2 days; an intermittent aeration tank with grinding the waste and evaporating urine; a first, a second and a third settling tanks(5); and a septic tank(6) with removing sludge from fluidized beds.
