PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voice signal processing method and a voice signal processing device which can improve the precision of the average value of an audio frame size and can reduce times necessary for determining the AF SIZE, and generating and writing AAUX. SOLUTION: The number of samples of voice signals which are contained in one audio frame is determined to be a predetermined value at the time of start of the audio frame. After the voice signals as many as the predetermined sample number are processed by a sample processing circuit 303, the next audio frame is processed.
