PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thin optical connector module. SOLUTION: The module includes a holder 120 which includes at least one optical element and at least one electrode, a connector 140 which is provided with at least one optical fiber transmitting incident light corresponding to the optical element and has latches 140, and a housing 100 having a recessed part which is formed of a base and a pair of sidewall parts extending from both the ends of the base and made open on both ends in the vertical direction and which has a holder 120 and connector 140 inserted so that the optical element of the holder and the optical fiber of the optical connector have their input/ output ends opposite to each other and latch engagement grooves 103 which are formed on the sidewall parts to engage the latches.
