PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow-rate measuring apparatus whose miniaturization is promoted by a method wherein a gas contained in a fluid is separated with a simple and compact constitution without using a buffer tank. SOLUTION: A centrifugation part 5 is installed. A three-phase fluid 3 which flows into from an inflow port 5-6 is circulated by its own fluid pressure along the inside face of an outer ring 5-2, and a gas G which is mixed is separated by a centrifugal force generated due to its circulation. The fluid (composed of a solid S and a liquid L) from which the gas G is separated is discharged to the upstream-side chamber 4-2 of an apparatus body 4 from a drop port 5-5, and its flow rate is measured by a submersible electromagnetic flowmeter 7. The separated gas G is passed through a slit 5-9 so as to be discharged to the downstream-side chamber 4-3 of the apparatus body 4 through the inside cavity part 5-1b of an inner ring 5-1, and it joins the solid S and the liquid L from the electromagnetic flowmeter 7.
