PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blow off uniform flow by simple structure where at least two distribution plates are provided. SOLUTION: Inside a box body, first and second rectangular distribution plates 14 and 15 are provided along one side wall 4 opposite to an air inlet 5. In the first distribution plate 14, spacing is provided to the one side wall 4, at the same time, one side edge is brought into contact with a rear wall 8, and at the same time the other side edge is arranged while the spacing is provided to an opening 3. The second distribution plate 15 faces the spacing between the other side edge of the first distribution plate 14 and the opening 3 and is arranged at the upstream side of the first distribution plate 14 in the inflow direction of air. At the same time, the spacing is provided to the opening 3 in the side edge of an opening side, and, at the same time, at least the side edge of the rear wall side of the second distribution plate 15 and the side edge of the opening side of the first distribution plate 14 are arranged while they are not separated.
