PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small plate spring type coupling which can shorten the axial length of the coupling required to combine a rotation detector with a motor. SOLUTION: In this plate spring type coupling, provided with a first and a second plate spring 9, 10 for absorbing the difference in shaft center between a first and a second rotation shaft via an intermediate member 8 provided between a first and a second shaft combination member 6, 7, the second combination member 7 is inserted between the second plate spring 10 and the intermediate member 8 so that the projection 7B of the second shaft combination member 7 is penetrated in a through-hole 10B of the second plate spring 10, and the first plate spring 10 is inserted between the intermediate member 8 and the first shaft combining member 6. The intermediate member 8 and second shaft combining member 7 are provided between the first plate spring 9 and second plate spring 10 and the installation angle of the longitudinal direction of both the members 7, 8 is set, so as to be shifted by 90 deg. alternately around the rotation shaft.
