PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in correspondence using FAX by blocking the intervention in FAX by a malicious person. SOLUTION: Concerning this service system, a local system having the information of a plurality of clients belonging to prescribed a business circle provides the information of the business circle to a number of unspecific clients through the internet and when prescribed information is sent from the FAX equipment of a client, on the other hand, the said information is reflected on the information of the business circle. This system uses FAX paper 10 on which both a client code 101 and a random number 102 with which any one of a plurality of clients can be discriminated are printed on front and a rear sides. Thus, the intervention in FAX by the malicious person can be blocked and reliability in exchange with FAX can be improved. |
