PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate inspection by tiltably constituting a loading base for loading electronic apparatus and inspecting it by projection. SOLUTION: This inspection device comprises a magnifying projector 5 having a lens 11, a display part 12, and the like, and a loading base 8. The loading base 8 comprises a flat plate 31, a universal joint 33 as an inclining means, and a disc 34 stuck with an electrostatic mat 35. For inspection, the loading base 8 is arranged on a component loading position, a printed board is loaded with the IC mounting face directed upward, and then it is arranged on the inspection position. Next, the printed board is positioned with the IC just under the lens 11. A disc 34 can rotate in the condition of loading the printed board. On the display part 12, a magnified image projecting the IC from right above is displayed. For the IC separated from the center of the disc 34, the printed board is moved so as to position the lens terminal in the vicinity of the center of the disc 34, and then the disc 34 is inclined. Hereby, a magniffied image projecting the IC from the oblique direction is displayed.
