PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a score of a normal print form, capable of executing a six-hand performance comfortably by three performers. SOLUTION: This score has a filed page 1a having a lower register melody 21 written on the rear side, a foldout and filed page 2 composed of a foldout page 2a and a filed page 2b, having a medium register melody 22 and an upper resister melody 23 written on the front side, and having the lower register melody 21 and the medium register melody 22 written on the rear side, and a filed page 1b having the upper resister melody 23 written on the front side. A spread face 4a where the melodies 21-23 are displayed is formed by the filed page 1a and the foldout and filed page 2, and the melodies are performed by three performers. After the performance of the spread face 4a is finished, the foldout and filed page 2 is turned over and the next spread face is formed by the rear side of the foldout and filed page 2 and the filed page 1b, to continue the performance.
