PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously execute two points of transferring an air conditioning load in the daytime to that at night and reducing an energy consumption amount. SOLUTION: The heat reserving air conditioning system inside body comprises functions of supplying chilled water generated from a refrigerator 14 to an air conditioner 6, diffusing cooled air fed from the conditioner 6 to a space 4 in a ceiling by operating to open or close dampers 8, 9, and storing a cold heat in a concrete slab 5, and functions of opening dampers 10, 12, inputting low temperature atmospheric air into the space 4 to naturally ventilate, and thereby storing a cold heat in the slab 5. These functions are controlled by a controller, and the system selectively stores heat inside body using the refrigerator 14 or stores a heat inside body utilizing the natural ventilation.
