The panel (12) comprises a fabric-reinforced polymer, to which further polymer components (14, 16, 18) are added. Panel and components are bonded together and re-formed in a further operation, with heating. An Independent claim is included for the method of manufacture. A mass of polymer, reinforced with short and/or long fibers, is applied to the panel. Heating takes place before and/or after application. Simultaneously or subsequently, a pressing operation is carried out. This re-shapes the panel, simultaneously molding the further component(s) from the mass.
