The controller (10) controls opening of a recycle valve (8) which returns fuel-gas from outlet to inlet of a gas compressor (4), and an inlet guide vane (9) provided in the compressor, based on normal and preceding opening commands (r1,r2,i1,i2) of the recycle valve and guide vane respectively, at the time of sudden fall of load. An Independent claim is also included for gas turbine control mechanism.
