Mononuclear antibodies against CD95 receptor are added to the case sample. Polyclonal antibodies are added to the control sample. The samples are incubated; DNA is separated from the cells under study using horizontal electrophoresis of low molecular DNA fragmentation to make conclusions concerning availability of immune system cellular link activation.
