The terminal communications network has an electrical apparatus sending signals over a network (S1,S2). There are connection wires (C1,C2) to the network and a base (B1,B2) with each network. Primary signals are converted to secondary signals in two directions and transmitted and received without a direct contact. A module (20) is connected to an electric field (A) providing secondary signal transmission. The module has bi directional conversion of the secondary signals to remote signals equivalent to the primary signals.
