The invention relates to novel spirocyclic compounds of general formula (I) in which X and Y are the same or different and represent H, C1-C20 alkyl, C1-C20 alkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl, CH2OR, CH2SR, CH2hal, CH2CN, CH2N3, CH2N(R)2, CHO, CH=NOR, CN, COOR, CON(R)2, whereby R is a straight-chain or branched alkyl radical or acyl radical comprising up to 15 C atoms. The invention also relates to the optically active forms, epimers and physiologically compatible salts of the spirocyclic compounds. These novel compounds can be used to treat hyperproliferative diseases.
