PURPOSE: An adjuster is provided to freely adjust the elastic rebound force of a main coil spring by deteriorating the elastic rebound force by the inverse rotation of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A tubular nut(13) is rotated to the left to lift an upper and a lower operating ring(43) a little. Then, a ball or a T-shape protruding pin is released from a round ratchet groove and a coil spring(30) is inversely rotated with an upper and a lower rotary shaft(21,21b) by elastic rebound force. Thus, the elastic rebound force of the coil spring is freely adjusted for preventing a trouble and a hinge is easy to be installed without the elastic rebound force.
