PURPOSE: A receipt data signal converting device of a subscriber accessing apparatus for a wireless local loop is provided to be capable of converting 8-bit parallel data transmitted from a base station into 22-bit serial data used in the subscriber accessing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A first converter(10) converts 8-bit parallel data into 3-bit control data on the basis of 2-digit control data of a microprocessor. A latch circuit(20) is enabled by the 3-bit control data to temporarily store the 8-bit parallel data. Shift registers(24,25,26) output the 8-bit parallel data from upper 1 bit by a predetermined start signal. A counter counts the output data of the shift registers(24,25,26). A PLL enable signal generator(42) enables TX, RX RF PLL in accordance with input conditions of the 2-digit data. A multiplexer(50) outputs in series 22-bit data if the 22-bit data are counted through the counter.
