PURPOSE: A device for balancing an HDD(Hard Disk Drive) actuator is provided to fix a balance gimbal into an assembling hole of an arm. Therefore, it is possible to simultaneously assemble a head gimbal assembly and the balance gimbal to improve am assembly productivity. Also, it is possible to improve capacities of a searching time, a vibration characteristic and a servo characteristic. CONSTITUTION: An arm(18) of an actuator(16) equips an assembling hole(20) which selectively assembles a head gimbal assembly(22) and a balance gimbal(24). The balance gimbal(24) performs a stacking for the assembling hole(20), and balances the arm(18) on a rotation axis. According as the balance gimbal(24) is fixed into the assembling hole(20), the arm(18) of the actuator(16) is rotated by maintaining a balance on the basis of a pivot bearing(14).
