VACUUM INJECTION MOLDER FOR LIQUID STATE

PURPOSE: A vacuum injection molder for a liquid state is provided to prevent a core from sagging during combining or separating fixed/moving metal molds of the core and to charge the metal molds with a liquid material effectively. CONSTITUTION: A moving metal mold finishes moving and a nozzle transfer unit is closely adhered to the metal mold by movement through both cylinders. Each vacuum chamber on fixed/moving plates(10,20) is closely adhered by chamber moving cylinders and internal air is discharged through a vacuum pump to keep a vacuum. Then, a mounting table(22) moves along a guide bar to combine metal molds on the exact position. A liquid material is injected into the metal molds to start injection molding.
