VEHICLE TIRE IMPROVED STABILITY OF BEAD

PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire is provided to improve the durability of a bead portion by preventing a dispersant of bead wires. CONSTITUTION: Combining force of bead wires(20) is increased by applying magnetic force to many bead wires(20). Large magnetic force is given to the upper and the lower faces of the wire(20) when the wires are passed through a dice. The lower part of the wire(2) has negative magnetic force and the upper part of the wire(2) has positive magnetic force. The negative pole of the lowest bead wire(20) is downward and the positive pole of the lowest bead wire(20) is upward. Thereby, the upper and the lower wires attract to each other.
