PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position and fix the film to a casing wall or a holding frame in an electric apparatus, by electrically insulating the film from a plurality of conductor passages that are arranged longitudinally in line on a nonconductive film carrier tape capable of elastically deforming and are insulated from outside, and providing one or more shape adding elements that longitudinally extend and is capable of residually deforming. SOLUTION: Shape adding elements 4 that longitudinally extend in parallel with a plurality of conductor passages 3 made of copper or the like whose outside is insulated by a protective coating or an insulating layer 5 and is adhered on a film carrier tape 2 of polyimide or the like preferably comprises one or two parallel inexpensive metal wires. This may be constructed with a metallic film coated or adhered to the film carrier tape 2. Thus, manual or mechanical machining of this conductor film 1 having two-dimensional or three-dimensional residual deformation shape is facilitated. Change of a manufacturing process of the conductor film 1 is little required, and longitudinally winding is allowed.
