PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fine powder mixed in pelletized materials from transporting into a furnace by arranging a sieve on the way of a vibrating conveyor and classifying the fine powder mixed in the material. SOLUTION: The pelletized material 3 is transported into the vibrating conveyor 5 with a belt conveyor 4. The material 3 laid on a vibrating plate 8 is transported in the arrow mark direction by working vibration motors 11 arranged at both side edges of the vibrating plate 8 in the vibrating conveyor 5 and dropped and charged on the rotary furnace hearth from the end edge 7. At a part of the vibrating plate 8, the sieve 12 formed by opening many small holes is arranged. In this way, the fine powder mixed in the material 3 is classified by dropping into a collecting hopper 13 arranged below the sieve 12 from the small holes in the sieve 12, and is prevented from transporting into the furnace. Then, the collected fine powder is reused for pelletizing.
