<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a work efficient and prompt by transmitting an instruction of simultaneous multi-address by a first portable terminal, making a corresponding request by outputting a list of the responded contents from plural second portable terminals to respond to the first portable terminal, transmitting the selected contents of the second portable terminals, outputting the contents of the simultaneous multi-address from a host device and calling in response to the contents by the second portable terminals. SOLUTION: When a trouble such as ticket jamming is caused in station work equipment 5 such as an automatic ticket issuing machine, an automatic ticket examination device, an automatic fare adjustment device and a call key of an intercom 6 is depressed by a user, equipment fault information and a call are notified to a portable terminal 4 of a station attendant via a data summing up machine 9, a station work equipment controller 2, a radio exchange 1 and a base station 3. A place where the trouble is generated and a state about the trouble are grasped and operation to dissolve the trouble is inputted via the portable terminal 4 by the station attendant. Furthermore, service is performed by a voice call via the intercom 6.</p> |
