PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively discharge a raw material from a carrying bucket for carrying the raw material such as monolithic refractoris or the like into a receiving container and prevent the generation of dust. SOLUTION: An air flow line 5 communicated with a receiving container 6 such as a storage tank connected with the interior and the lower part of a carrying bucket 1 is formed into the double cylindrical shape on the outer wall of the carrying bucket 1 so that a raw material out of the carrying bucket 1 for monolithic refractoris or the like is discharged easily into the receiving container 6 such as a storage tank. The raw material can be smoothly discharged from the carrying bucket 1 into the receiving container 6 and also the generation of dust can be prevented.
