PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather-like sheet having a high-class appearance with writing effect, soft feeling and soft touch close to natural leathers, at the same time further natural leather-like wrinkle, and surface naps; and a leather-like sheet enabling the obtaining of shoes having no unnatural unevenness on the surface and free from deformation when shoes are produced from it by lasting work. SOLUTION: This leather-like sheet comprises the following entangled nonwoven fabric (A) and entangled nonwoven fabric (B) laminated on the entangled nonwoven fabric (A) with an adhesive placed in a discontinued state. The entangled nonwoven fabric (A) comprises an entangled nonwoven fabric of an ultrafine fiber (a) containing an elastic polymer and having fineness of <=0.1 denier, and has naps on the surface of the opposite side to the laminated side and breaking elongations in the warp direction and weft direction of >=50% and >=80%, respectively. The entangled nonwoven fabric (B) comprises an entangled nonwoven fabric of an ultrafine fiber (b) containing an elastic polymer and having fineness of <=0.5 and >=4 times that of the fiber (a), and has breaking elongations in the warp direction and weft direction of >=50% and >=80%, respectively. |
