PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording paper which shows reliable humidity change and thermal dimensional stability and reduces the incidence of feathering of ink jet print and further, is highly suitable for stenciling and can be commonly used for a plurality of recording systems. SOLUTION: This recording paper comprises pulp and an ester compound with 100 deg.C or less melt point selected from an ester compound (A) of a polyvalent alcohol and a fatty acid and an ester compound (B) which is the ester compound of the polyvalent alcohol and the fatty acid ester and has a 2-4C oxyalkylene group amount to 0-12 mol or below per one mole of the described ester compound on the average. |
