PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dismounting properties and working efficiency of a pad material by a method wherein assembling work of a sheet is simply and rapidly performed and there exists no possibility of peeling a face fastener member from the pad member and positioning holdability of a skin material is improved. SOLUTION: The end part 21b of a face fastener member 21 is curved and is projected into a foam molding die 31 and then, a stock soln. of a foamable synthetic resin is cast in the foam molding die 31 to perform integral foam molding of a pad material with the face fastener member 21 and the end part 21b of the face fastener member 21 is embedded in the pad material. |
