PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the automatic control system of a ventilation fan which enables use of an open-end burning appliance in a highly airtight house, and an outlet unit thereof. SOLUTION: For example, when rough gas sensor 3 for detecting prescribed rough gases such as, CO, CO2 or CH4, detects the prescribed rough gas and a current detector 24 detects that a fan heater 50 is operating, coded signals including these detection command are transferred from a power line transmission communication part 23 inside a flush plug receptacle 10 via power lines 310 and 300 to a power line transmission communication part 112, and a device control part 110 turns a switch SW on to start the operation of a centralized ventilation fan 100 which corresponds to the coded signal. |
