摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply change a shaft length and a shaft diameter by forming a shaft part formed integrally by melting metal with a blade part, as either one part of a die gate part formed as a metal passage to the blade part at formation of, or a housing part for housing a solidified metal. SOLUTION: A blade part is rotated by the rotation of a motor which is directly connected to a rotary shaft hole 7. In a shaft part for supporting and rotating the blade part, removing a die gate part 2 which is injection molded, a boss part 8 is completed. When an outer diameter dimension of the boss part 8 of the shaft part is formed with the same dimension as that of the gate part 2 at die design, a tip of a housing part 4 for housing solidified metal by which a nozzle outlet of an injection molder is blocked, or an injection side of the gate part 2 is cut out by means of machining work, and the rotary shaft hole 7 is formed by only machining. The conical gate part 2 is as a center of a hub part 6, and thereby molten metal can be filled uniformly from the center of a shaft into the circumference where multiple blades are formed.
