PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a moving blade to an optional angle with good accuracy by machining a screw hole for mounting a jig on the lower surface of the moving blade, mounting the jig, and fixing the moving blade at an arbitrary angle. SOLUTION: A moving blade 1 is installed at an arbitrary angle, while matching marking lines of the moving blade 1 and an impeller hub 2. A nut 3 is fastened by hand without changing a position of the moving blade 1. Jigs (1) 4 are mounted on a lower part of the moving blade 1 by reamer bolt with a hexagonal socket. An angle set parts 7 is fitted to the jigs (2) 5, a presser plate 8 is mounted thereon by a bolt. The jigs (2) 5 are fitted to a boss part for mounting a motor shaft of the impeller hub 2, while paying attention to the fitting part of the jigs (1) 4, and is mounted thereon by a bolt while utilizing a screw hole for mounting a motor shaft drawing-out jig. The nut 3 is fastened using the jigs (3) 6, and the moving blade 1 is fixed. In this time, fixing work of the moving blade 1 is carried out in two pieces while rotating the jig on the basis of fitting of the motor shaft mounting boss of the impeller hub 2. A groove angle of an angle set parts 7 is regulated, and the angle of the moving blade 1 is regulated.
