PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand hole having a bottom surface used for laying conduit tube embedded, which is capable of draining rain water during storage and, simultaneously capable of corresponding to a high or low groundwater level. SOLUTION: Almost at the center of a bottom surface 12, a socket joint 20 made of vinyl chloride is embedded with its wide base 21 located at the bottom side. Drain through this joint 20 is possible during storage or when the groundwater level is low; and when the groundwater level is high, water stopping can be achieved easily and completely by inserting a blank cap to the socket joint 20. |
