METHOD OF IMPROVING THE AESTHETIC APPEARANCE OF EPITHELIA

An effective treatment method for improving the appearance of epithelia, suc h as lip epithelia and vaginal epithelia is provided. According to the present method, an effective amount of a composition containing retinoid, preferably in a cosmetically acceptable carrier, is topically applied to the vaginal or lip epithelia. The present invention also includes compositions for practici ng the method.
