一种弹射式强力可逆自动调心托辊,由座架、横梁、垂直轴座、侧支架、支柱、承载托辊、阻尼立辊、座叉、以及设在阻尼立辊、座叉、侧支架之间的由信号传递机构、扣机开启机构、弹射止动机构、复位机构组成的调偏止动机构等构成。本设计根据正确理论、采用弹射式止动销作为止动机构快速进入止动槽的制动结构原理,使两相碰撞零件的碰撞性质和次数发生根本变化,使结构更合理,调偏效果更好,使用寿命更长。
