PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility on the water surface formed into a low specific gravity as a whole and comprising combined synthetic resin units without slackness, deflection, etc., of connecting bolts in spite of an improvement achieved in aspects of strength. SOLUTION: This facility on the water surface comprises a culture crawl A of a desired shape formed by combining optional numbers of plural longitudinal beams 4 and plural transverse beams 5 composed of synthetic resin units 2 which are composed of a core material made of a synthetic resin and an outer cylinder made of the synthetic resin and covering the outer periphery of the core material. Furthermore, the core material is composed of an unexpanded synthetic resin material having >=0.9 specific gravity and the outer cylinder is integrally molded from an expanded synthetic resin material having <=0.9 specific gravity.
