PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copolymer excellent in transparency, flame retardancy and vibration-damping properties. SOLUTION: This copolymer is composed of (a) 20-100 wt.% at least one kind of a phosphoric ester unit represented by the general formula (R1 is hydrogen atom or methyl group; R2 and R3 are each hydrogen atom or a 1-8C alkyl group or alkylether group, or an aryl group; A is a 2-14C alkylene group or a polyalkylene group), (b) 0-80 wt.% at least one kind of (meth)acrylate monomer unit, and (c) 0-30 wt.% other monomer units copolymerizable therewith.
