PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form metal fine powder produced from a fine powder producing material on the surface to be treated and to form a coating film excellent in corrosion resistance with high film thickness dimensional precision by storing the object to be treated provided with a hollow part communicated to the outside and a metal fine powder production material in a treating vessel and bringing the surface of the object to be treated into fluidical contact with the fine powder producing material in the treating vessel. SOLUTION: By rotating a treating vessel and rotating a cylindrical treating vessel with the center axis as the center, the surface of the object to be treated provided with a hollow part communicated to the outside is brought into fluidical contact with a metal fine powder producing material. The metal fine powder producing material denotes the one producing the fine powder of at least one kind among Cu, Fe, Ni, Co, Cr, Sn, Zn, Pb, Cd, In, Au, Ag and Al. As a means for rotating the cylindrical treating vessel 1 with the center axis as the center, two rollers 2-a and 2-b are rotated in the same direction by using a device for a rotaty ball mill, or the like. |
