<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove type input device which is small-sized, simple, can measure movement of a hand by highly precise resolution and has high durability by detecting movement of a transmission means in accordance with movement of a finger or a specified part and obtaining a detection signal of the hand movement. SOLUTION: A data input glove 1 is fitted so that a detector 10 which detects how each finger bends corresponds to each finger, and is fixed at a part of a wrist by a fixing belt 5. A length of an adjustable band 6 can be freely adjusted. The data input glove 1 is fixed in a way in which fingers are surrounded. A guide 7 is formed into a convenient hollow shape, for example, a circular cylinder, a circular cone, or a rectangular parallelopiped, and a wire 8 goes through the hollow part. The wire 8 goes through the guide 7 of each direct part from a length adjustment mechanism 9, which is provided to the adjustable band 6 of a first joint part of each finger along each finger, to the detector 10. Then, reciprocating movements of fingertips of the wire 8 matched to the finger movement and between wrists are detected by the detector 10.</p> |
