PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately display luminance in a picture display device. SOLUTION: During a falling of the signals applied to the wiring lines of a display panel, transistors 23001 and 23003 are turned on first so as to make the falling steep. Then, only one of the transistors is turned off so as to make the gradient of the falling of the pulse signals gentle. Thus, the adverse effect caused by cross talk between adjacent wiring is reduced.
