PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally and uniformly mix plural granular substances without needing difficult discharge control by discharging plural granular substances all at once while adjusting the flow rate thereof to make them fall into plural chute pipes and making the granular substances collide with each other at converging points of the chute pipes to mix them. SOLUTION: Granular substances, such as various kinds of polished rice, are filled into plural containers 1 and discharged from container stations 8. That is, after the various kinds of polished rice are passed through chute pipes 9 and made to fall in plural storing parts 7a-7h, they are weighed by plural weighers 1a-10h and are discharged all at once while adjusting flow rates thereof by plural discharge flow rate adjusting means 11a-11h, and they are passed through plural main chute pipes 12 and chute pipes 12b, and the various kinds of polished rice are joined with each other at a place where they are concentrated into one to blend them. After that, rice blends are guided to empty tanks 13 by switching means 14, and also they undergo measuring packing by a measuring packer 15 to ship them.
